Roses has a lot of new glass, new supplies, and new ideas to help make your dreams a reality... Classes have begun again, and everyone is excited enough to be a school kid looking for their next project, SO come visit us soon, we're here for you keeping your safety and next project in mind!

Welcome to our website. We hope you enjoy the website, but encourage you to visit our actual studio and school. There is no way to advertise all the excitement our students have in starting a new project, or in finishing their latest masterpiece.

All the glass colors are so vivid, the ideas take on a life of their own, the laughter, the fun, all we are missing is you...

Pam and Mitch McDougal

Hi everyone, just thought I would give a little update on Roses Glassworks and staff. We are all doing great here and looking forward to the upcoming holidays. There will be several dates around Thanksgiving and Christmas that we will be closed, so when in doubt, give us a call or check back on our social media. A few questions that we have been asked recently seemed like a good forum to answer on social media, so with your permission, lets try a couple...

1) Why aren't we open on Sunday's?

Answer: We are not as young as we used to be, so even WE need a weekend.

2) Will you give me a bigger discount because I'm special, or I spend more, or because I'm Green?

Answer: No. We offer several "posted" discounts which are a student discount, staff discount, Business discount, senior discount, and a Military discount. However, if you are green and you resemble a certain Christmas story character, come and see me - We'll talk

3) Will you let me take photos of finished glass art, or give me copies of someone's patteren drawing?

Answer: We can't, wouldn't and shouldn't. Our students and staff work very hard to create their pattern's and then finished pieces of art. I would never consider doing anything to take away the pride they feel in creating something of their very own. There is also a law in place to protect artist's ideas and drawings. It's called "Proprietary Property".

4) Will you move to a bigger building to offer more classes?

Answer: We are staying in our little building that looks like a piece of art in itself. Perhaps Van Gogh art? As to more classes, help us find a day with 26 hours that doesn't end with a " Y ", then maybe? We really are trying to create new fun classes and fit them into our schedule, so keep your fingers crossed.

5) Holiday's?

Answer: Easy, Thanksgiving is pajamas, Turkey, pumpkin pie and the movie "White Christmas" Christmas for us is all about family and trying to keep up with the grandkids.

If you like this question and answer format, please let me know and we'll expand on it. If you don't care for this at all - " You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch..."
